What happens when I join the waitlist?
An administrator reviews and invites the first pilot cohort. A waitlist entry is not an invitation or activation.
Who can see what inside a care circle?
You control it. Owners and Family members have full access. Caregivers see only what's assigned to them. Agencies see what they need. Viewers can observe but not modify.
When does the 60-day pilot begin?
For invited families, it begins when they explicitly activate access. It does not start when they join the waitlist.
What does it cost?
Getting started is free. Family Plus is CAD $24.99/month (or $249/year) for ongoing family coordination and Proof of Care. Family Pro is CAD $39.99/month (or $399/year) for families coordinating professional caregivers directly or through a care agency, with Care Visits, payroll, GPS verification, and Advanced Care Reports.
What happens after the pilot?
There is no automatic charge. The account moves to Free unless the family chooses to upgrade. Existing records stay accessible, while new additions follow Free-plan limits.
